Biography:

BAMBOO FOREST is a trance music project formed by the French producer & DJ Stephane D, performing his magnificent live and dj sets all over the world for more then 11 years. Started his own rock band at age of 16 and untill 1996 he was studying Jazz piano, harmony and composition of music.

The project was formed in 1996 and Bamboo Forest has since then been releasing 2 full albums "Random Future" and "Revival" , a dozen of other releases on more then 60 different labels such as Spirit Zone, Spiral Trax, Dragonfly, Moon Spirit, Tip world., Vision Quest, Turbo Trance, Agitato Rec, Flying rhino, Trancient Rec, 3D Vision, Avatar rec,...

His Musical sound is combined with tribal beats and influences from every music aspect you could ever imagine. The challenging drum patterns and percussion are accompanied by a deep and uncompromising baseline.

The brandnew progressive project is floating under the name Stephane D wich is a mix between Trance house and electro, another side project will flow uner the name Millenia and is progressive trance at his best.
