Helicon SoundSystem is an underground electronic music record label located in Athens,Gr.
Our mission is to deliver experienced and quality Psychedelic Techno and Goa trance to the Global Dancefloor

The roots of the label comes from Paranormal Research,a party team which was established in late 2003 By DJ CRX,NARCOSIS and N.O.M.(Nature of Mind).The teams objective was to promote the new psychedelic sounds coming mainly from the Russian,Suomi and S.african underground
Shortly after,another local producer,Cymazz joined the team and together they made the first massive Dark psychedelic party in Athens with Mental Cruelty's manager SofiaX
The collective was responsible for many underground parties occured in Athens from 2004-2006 with the likes of Xenomorph,N3xu5,SofiaX,Psytour,Moonsun,Cryonic Angel,Dark Elf,Double trouble etc
The last free PR party ended with A unique Paranormal Research live act with N.O.M. and CRX on mixers and samplers and 5ips1s(Narcosis and Cymazz) at the synths.
Also,in 2005 Paranormal Research joined forces with KGB,another free psytrance soundsystem and together they made Athens Tribal Unity,an organization responsible for the biggest Dark psytrance parties(up to 2500 ppl) ever occured in Greece.
In 2006,CRX established Helicon Soundsystem in order to release the best Tracks from the ATU parties
The first outcome was "Helicon in trance:the underground sounds of Athens" and it was a cultural message to the whole world from the Greek Scene.

The second release was "Entropia 07.07.07" and it's concept was based on Pythagoras and the decline of the systems.Pythagoras oppositioned entropy and stated:Reason is immortal , all else are mortal!
The third release "VA-The forbidden path"was recently compiled by Label manager,DJ CRX and it is a liquid dream towards Mystical experience
Also a briilliant pure psychedelic tehno-trance release is coming from the uprising Greek producer N.O.M. named"THE NATURE OF THE MIND".
